Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with the Demat and Trading Account opening process, ensuring smooth documentation and onboarding.

• Analyze mutual funds, stocks, and market trends to identify suitable investment opportunities for clients.

• Monitor market performance and provide insights on investment products based on clients' financial goals and risk profiles.

• Coordinate regularly with customers, addressing their queries and providing timely investment-related guidance.

• Help clients select appropriate mutual funds, stocks, and investment strategies based on their requirements.

• Execute trades on behalf of clients in accordance with authorized instructions and regulatory guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous support and portfolio assistance.

• Stay updated on financial markets, economic developments, and investment products to provide informed recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements while handling client investments.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of stock markets, mutual funds, and investment products.

• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

• Analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Understanding of Demat account operations and trading platforms.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced financial services environment.
