About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced CRM executive to handle the customer interactions, maintain strong client relationship and oversee customer engagement strategies, manage the CRM database, and drive retention initiatives. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities/ duties:
· Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
· Make inbound calls for follow-ups, service feedback and renewals
· Conduct customer retention and renewal calls to maintain relationships.
· Perform lead follow-up calls and coordinate with sales/marketing team.
· Handle service appointment scheduling and confirmation calls.
· Record call details and maintain data in CRM software.
· Offer and campaign update calls.
· Delivery confirmation, thank you and feedback calls.
· Manage escalation calls and ensure prompt resolution with respective teams.
· Maintain and update customer databases using CRM Software.
· Able to generate daily / weekly CRM reports and share updates with management.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through timely communications.
Skills Required:
· Good communication and listening skills.
· Customer-centric and polite telephone manner.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
· Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving mindset
· Ability to multitask, work fast paced environment, startup mindset, continuous learning, ability to take responsibilities and risks to contribute the company growth.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Freshers can apply).
· Experience in CRM, BPO, or customer service preferred.
· 1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or client management.
Languages known: Tamil, English
Work schedule - Timings: 9.30 AM- 6.30 PM
