Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client servicing and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, handling accounts receivable follow-ups, and supporting operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end client servicing and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct regular follow-ups on Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely collections
Monitor and control Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to improve cash flow
Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure timely service delivery
Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment status
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of AR processes and DSO management
Ability to multitask and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach
Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
