Handle customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with product information, order updates, and returns
Provide accurate guidance on clothing sizes and fittings
Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal team for order and return updates
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Good written English communication skills
Basic knowledge of clothing sizing, measurements, and fashion terminology
Minimum 1 year experience in customer support (fashion industry preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, etc.)
