CRM Department Relationship Manager / Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Kohinoor Luxuria, Kalyan East, MaharashtraJob Type: Full-Time | Work Mode: In-PersonSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused CRM Executive/Manager to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, improving customer engagement, and ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to possession. Prior experience in the real estate industry and familiarity with CRM tools are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the CRM system (e.g., 4QT,Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Maintain accurate client records and track customer interactions.
Ensure prompt follow-ups with leads, prospects, and existing clients.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Post-Sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Schedule and manage site visits; maintain visit logs and client feedback.
Regularly update customers on project status, documentation, and payment schedules.
Address customer queries, concerns, and grievances professionally; escalate issues when required.
Generate MIS reports, sales dashboards, and customer feedback summaries.
Assist in post-sales activities such as agreements, documentation, registrations, and possession handover.
Promote customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CRM or Relationship Management role (preferably in real estate).
Proficient in CRM software and sales pipeline tracking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate client handling.
Knowledge of RERA compliance and real estate documentation procedures.
Familiarity with real estate sales processes and local regulations.
