Customer Service Executive
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Executive to support members enrolled in our fashion business programs. The role involves assisting during live Zoom sessions, on-boarding new members, handling customer queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage session reminders, Zoom links, and pre-session communication
Assist with access, payment, and basic technical queries
Handle Whats-app, email, and Instagram inquiries
Conduct on-boarding calls and explain program access & benefits
Follow up with interested leads and enrolled members
Maintain records, follow-ups, and basic reports
Requirements
Graduate in any stream
1–3 years of customer support / counselling experience
Good communication skills and confidence on calls
Organized, empathetic, and customer-focused
Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
Job timing :-9am to 6pm all 6 days working
Salary :- 30k to 50k as per experience
