Key Focus: Build customer relationships, manage lead follow-ups, re-engage inactive customers, identify new business from existing databases, and understand why customers discontinued service.

Main Responsibilities: Maintain existing customer relationships, qualify and track leads, conduct exit analysis with lost customers, identify their current needs, communicate professionally across channels, and maintain CRM records. Meet customer engagement targets and provide regular reporting.

Required Skills: Fluent in Hindi, Tamil, and English . Strong communication, listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, results-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to handle multiple accounts. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications/Sales or equivalent. 1-2 years in customer engagement, sales, or customer service. Proven track record in customer relationship management.

Performance Metrics: Lead follow-up completion, re-engagement success rate, new business pipeline growth, customer satisfaction/retention, and lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
