The International Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with global clients, ensuring top-quality service delivery, and maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs).
Job Description:
Handling client through Email/call. Act as POC to client account management
Maintain SLA according to client needs and objectives
Building new business relationships internationally.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship within key account clients.
Upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Any Graduate
Good Written and Verbal English
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software
Working Days: 5 Days (Any 2 rotational week-off)
