Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Confidential to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Entertainment. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 16,000 and opportunities for growth.

Location: South Bopal & Shyamal, Ahmedabad

Experience: Fresher to 1 year

Job Type: In-house role at a Game Zone

Time: There are two shifts, which will be discussed during the interview.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers in playing different board games

Guide and explain the rules of various board games

Ensure customers have an enjoyable gaming experience

Maintain friendly interaction and customer engagement

Preferred:

Good communication skills

Friendly and energetic personality

Interest in board games and customer interaction.

There will be no holiday on Saturday and Sunday.

Job Requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Rotational shift
