Job Position – CRE (Customer Relationship Executive)
Job Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, or messages.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide product/service information and support customers.
• Assist in after-sales support and feedback collection.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM systems regularly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
Skills: Communication skills, customer handling, problem-solving ability, MS Excel, CRM tools
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and company).
