BinSha Furniture is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will manage the complete customer journey from inquiry to delivery. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and coordinate effectively with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, website, social media, and walk-in customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and share quotations.
Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with Production, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Keep customers updated on order, production, and delivery status.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure timely payment follow-up and maintain customer records.
Confirm successful delivery and provide after-sales support.
Collect customer feedback and encourage Google Reviews.
Maintain daily reports of inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
