Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective customers.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and other teams to address customer requirements.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer retention and engagement.

• Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with management.

• Inform customers about new services, offers, memberships, and promotions.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Ensure a positive customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.
  
  Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-service-oriented approach.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

  • Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, CRM, or retail is preferred.

      Experience
