The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records using advanced Excel skills. The role requires strong communication, follow-up, and reporting abilities to support both sales and operations teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle inquiries, coordinate orders, and provide after-sales support.
Prepare and manage customer databases, reports, and trackers in Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
Assist the sales team with MIS reports, sales data analysis, and follow-ups.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth execution.
Ensure timely responses to customer needs and resolve queries effectively.
Support customer engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship / sales coordination / back-office.
Strong Excel skills (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
