A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) plays an important role in building and maintaining strong relationships between the company and its customers. The main goal of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues quickly, and create a positive experience for every customer.

The CRE acts as a bridge between the company and its clients by understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and offering suitable solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers through phone calls, emails, messages, or face-to-face meetings

Understand customer requirements and guide them with the right products or services

Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a polite and professional manner

Provide quick and effective solutions to customer issues

Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are fully resolved

Build long-term relationships by maintaining regular communication with clients

Maintain and update customer records, data, and interaction history

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, support, operations) to solve customer issues

Collect customer feedback and share it with management for service improvement

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention

Support sales teams by identifying customer needs and suggesting opportunities

Meet targets related to customer service, response time, and satisfaction levels

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)

Experience in customer service, sales, or client handling is an advantage

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
