Job Summary

We are looking for a Telugu or Malayalam-speaking Customer Relationship Management professional to join our Chennai team. The candidate should have experience in Customer Service, Customer Retention, or Renewals and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues.

• Drive customer retention and renewals through regular follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Follow up with customers for renewals and continued engagement.

• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.

• Achieve assigned customer service, retention, and renewal targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Retention, Renewals, or a similar role.

• Experience in customer retention or renewal will be preferred.

• Fluency in either Telugu or Malayalam is mandatory.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

• Good persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups.

Mandatory Language Requirement

Telugu OR Malayalam – Mandatory

Candidates must be fluent in either Telugu or Malayalam to communicate effectively with customers. Candidates without proficiency in either language will not be considered.
