We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Customer Support & Relationship Manager to lead our premium customer engagement function. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving customer retention, repeat purchases, referrals, and overall business growth.
The position goes beyond traditional customer support. The successful candidate will serve as the primary relationship manager for our valued customers, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance, warmth, and service excellence associated with our brand.
The role will manage customer interactions across calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels while continuously identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and sales conversion.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly responsive, presentable, customer-centric, and possesses strong business acumen with the ability to convert customer engagement into long-term relationships and revenue opportunities.
