We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Relationship Associate to join our team for Koleshwari Infratech Private Limited in Ahmedabad at our Sarkhej location. This role involves handling calls, Preparing Quotations, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Manufacturing. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Provide timely and relevant quotation to customers to get the order.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to fulfill customer requirement and resolve complex issues.

• Meet performance, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service or a tele caller role and should be proficient in Hindi, Gujarati. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
