Scope of Work:
L1 – Customer Support
- Booking confirmations
- Booking queries (Voice & Email)
- Complaint handling and first-level resolution
- Customer pacification
L2 – Backend & Escalation
- Booking rejections & rate discrepancy management
- Coordination with hotel partners
- Backend case resolution and tracking
Working Window: 24x7 for male / till 7 p.m. for female
Languages: Hindi & English
Profile: Hotel/Travel industry experience preferred
Qualification Mix: 40% Graduates (Versant 4), 60% Undergraduates (Versant 3)
