The VR Sales & Operations Executive is a dual-role position responsible for selling VR experiences and operating VR game sessions. The role focuses on delivering an exciting customer experience while maximizing walk-in conversions and smooth game operations.
Greet customers and explain VR games, modes, and pricing
Convert walk-ins into paid players
Upsell multiplayer games, premium modes, and combo offers
Promote ongoing offers and packages
Handle bookings, billing, and basic cash/card transactions
Set up and operate VR headsets, PCs, controllers, and accessories
Brief players on safety, rules, and controls before each session
Monitor players during gameplay and assist when required
Manage session timings, player queues, and waiting lists
Ensure cleanliness and safe handling of VR equipment
Coordinate between sales and gameplay flow during peak hours
Report technical issues, damages, or customer concerns
Maintain a friendly, energetic, and professional gaming atmosphere
