We have an urgent opening for Customer Relations Officer with a reputed company.
Position: Customer Relations Officer
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹25,000 In-Hand + PF + Other Benefits
Shift: 9 Hours
Job Type: Full Time | Work From Office
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and provide proper assistance
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate with customers regarding their requirements and services
• Follow up with customers and resolve complaints/issues
• Maintain customer records and update reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
• Ensure a positive customer experience
Preferred:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer handling/relationship management experience preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered
• Basic computer knowledge required
