Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments for smooth order processing.
Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
Follow up on order status, dispatch, and payment updates.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Maintain customer data and update records in Excel or ERP/CRM software.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
Support the sales team in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Inform customers about new products, offers, and important updates.
Ensure timely response to customer queries and follow-ups.
