Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who understands financial markets and is passionate about delivering exceptional support. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for traders and investors, handling queries related to trades, funds, accounts, and KYC. Your goal is to ensure every customer receives timely, accurate, and trustworthy support.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via chat, email, and phone.
Resolve queries related to account opening, KYC, fund transfers, trading operations, and platform usage.
Manage live market-hour support with speed and accuracy.
Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Product, and Technology teams to ensure end-to-end resolution.
Track recurring issues, report system gaps, and suggest process improvements.
Handle escalations and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers at all times.
Create and update internal SOPs, FAQs, and training materials.
Candidate Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience in Futures & Options (F&O) trading and derivatives markets (mandatory).
Prior experience in customer support, fintech, or broking operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with tools such as Freshdesk, Exotel, or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
High level of accountability and ability to perform under pressure.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (6 days per week).
