2) Position : Customer Coordinator
3) Experience Required: 6 Months to 5 Years
4) Salary Negotiable : Rs. 15000 to 20000 PM
5) Job Location : Kathawada GIDC, Ahmedabad
6) Job Description :

• Coordinate with customers over calls and other communication channels.

• Take regular follow-ups from customers.

• Provide proper updates and information to customers.

• Handle customer queries and basic communication.

• Maintain good relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with internal team members regarding customer requirements.

• Maintain follow-up records and update the team accordingly.

• Ensure timely communication and proper coordination.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Computer.

• Ability to handle customer calls professionally.

• Good follow-up and customer handling skills.
