Position: Translator (Telugu / Tamil) – Logistics Operations

Location: Wadala (E), Mumbai (Near GTB Nagar Railway Station)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Translator (Telugu / Tamil) to support communication between clients, drivers, vendors, and internal teams. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination in daily logistics operations by bridging language gaps.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate verbal and written communication between Telugu/Tamil and Hindi/English

* Assist operations team in coordinating with drivers, transporters, and clients

* Support in resolving communication issues during dispatch and delivery

* Translate documents, messages, and operational instructions

* Handle client queries and ensure clear communication

* Work closely with the logistics team for smooth execution of operations

* Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all translations

Key Requirements

* Fluency in Telugu or Tamil (mandatory)

* Basic knowledge of Hindi and/or English

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, etc.)

* Prior experience in logistics or translation is a plus

Preferred Skills

* Experience working with transporters/drivers

* Understanding of logistics or supply chain processes

* Ability to handle pressure and multitask
