Job Title - Customer Service
Job Summary
The Customer Service is responsible for providing excellent customer support by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely communication throughout the order lifecycle. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts for timely execution.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with domestic and international customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
Maintain customer records, order documentation, and correspondence.
Monitor pending orders and proactively update customers on production and delivery status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to orders and customer service activities.
Support the sales team with order execution and after-sales service.
Qualifications
Graduate (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Order Processing, or Operations.
Experience in manufacturing
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Experience working with ODOO is an advantage.
