We are hiring a Female Customer Support Executive / Customer Support Manager to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via chat/calls, resolving complaints professionally, coordinating with logistics/operations teams, managing order-related issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer support through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
Resolve complaints, exchange/return requests, and order issues
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers
Track customer issues and follow up until resolution
Assist in improving overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer/smartphone handling knowledge
Prior customer support experience preferred
Organized, responsible, and professional attitude
