Customer Service Executive – Chat Support / Voice Process
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply

Excellent communication skills as per process requirement
Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
Immediate joiners preferred
For Domestic Process:
➤ Bengali & Hindi communication mandatory
For International Process:
➤ Fluent English communication mandatory
6 days working, 1 weekly off
9-hour shift (including 1-hour break)
Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000
