Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 0–3 Years

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English+ Regional language

Customer handling and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer knowledge

MS Excel proficiency

Ability to work in a customer-focused environment

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in customer service, voice process, or customer-facing roles

Good interpersonal skills
