Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals for the role of Inbound Customer Service Executive.
The role involves handling customer queries over calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests
Provide accurate information related to banking products and services
Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) wherever possible
Maintain defined quality and compliance standards
Deliver a high-quality customer experience
Accurately document interactions and update records in the system
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory
Freshers are welcome to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Basic computer proficiency
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Shifts & Working Hours
Male Candidates: 24x7 rotational shifts
Female Candidates: Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (9-hour rotational shift)
Salary & Benefits
₹15,000 In-hand per month
₹1,500 bonus after training completion
₹1,500 bonus after 60 days in production
