### ••Key Responsibilities:••
• Handle international inbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve billing-related queries and service concerns
• Explain billing cycles, due dates, service charges, taxes, prorated charges, Auto-Pay, and related topics
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
### ••Eligibility Criteria:••
• Minimum ••12 months•• of International Inbound Voice experience
• HSC (10+2) / Undergraduate candidates are eligible
• Experience in billing-related customer support preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Maximum age: ••40 years••
• Comfortable working in ••24×7 rotational shifts•• with a ••5-day working week••
