Job Title: Customer Support / Sales Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Open Positions

We are hiring for multiple Voice Process roles in Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales, and BFSI.

Eligibility:

• HSC / Graduate (as per role)

• Freshers are welcome for selected positions

• Minimum 6 months of experience required for experienced roles

• Good communication skills in English

• Technical background preferred for technical support roles

• BFSI sales experience preferred for sales roles

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice support

• Provide technical assistance to customers (for technical roles)

• Promote and sell financial products (for sales roles)

• Upsell products/services where applicable

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance targets

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company guidelines

Shift Details

• Day Shift

• Rotational shifts (for selected roles)

• Weekly Off: Sunday / Rotational (depending on the role)

Salary

• Up to ₹24,350 CTC
