Job Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers and provide in-person customer support related to car accessories.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Prepare and share quotations accurately and promptly.
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
Coordinate with the sales and installation team for smooth order processing.
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads and pending inquiries.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must be fluent in Marathi
Good communication skills in Gujrati will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in customer service or automobile/car accessories industry preferred.
Basic knowledge of billing, quotations, and MS Office/WhatsApp Business.
Polite, customer-focused, and well-organized personality.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently.
Presentable and confident in face-to-face interactions.
Willingness to learn product details and upsell accessories.
