Customer Support: Provide timely, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-app chat.  Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback, working to resolve issues in a professional and effective manner.  App Assistance: Help customers with technical issues related to the GOAMILES app, including payment, booking rides, and troubleshooting.  Information Sharing: Educate customers about new services, features, and updates within the GOAMILES app.  Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers have a positive experience from start to finish, promoting a high level of customer retention and loyalty.  Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.  Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to management for improving services and the customer experience.  Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
