• Manage and create customer orders on our dashboard

• Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests with patience and clarity

• Coordinate with customers, ground teams, and vendors for real-time order updates

• Handle objections professionally and ensure smooth order conversion

• Explain processes clearly whenever customers need support

✨ Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills — both speaking and active listening

• Fluent in English & Hindi (any South Indian language is a bonus!)

• Great at time management and handling high call volumes

• A self-driven individual who performs well independently

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts

• Preferably from Arts or Commerce background
