We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Representative to join our team for A Bangalore based Company based at Vasanth nagar location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0.5 - 3 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Marathi, Kannada, Englisha & Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass / 10+3 / Any Graduate , and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift. Looking for Immediate Joiners
