Job description
• To work closely with existing vendors and follow-up for daily order execution. • To coordinate/follow-up with vendors (Distributors & technology partners) for orders and product updates. • To maintain a database and contact list of vendors across products. • Maintain and monitor OTD (On time Dispatch) for all 3PF vendors. • Send mailers to vendors on SOP, Training, Marketing & Invoicing. • To follow up with vendors for outstanding documentations/Invoicing. • To coordinate with the internal team for delivery of the products. • To build relationships with vendors and internal teams to lead and maintain the 3PF ecosystem. • To ensure that the vendor registration process is completed and renewed. • Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports (MIS)
