We are hiring Inbound Voice Customer Support Executives for the Airtel Black process. This role involves handling inbound customer calls for premium telecom customers, understanding their concerns, and providing accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high service quality standards.
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Understand customer queries related to telecom services and resolve them effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to quality benchmarks
Maintain accurate call and interaction records
Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements
Qualification: Any Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Languages Required (Must):
English + Hindi OR
English + Tamil OR
English + Malayalam
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and one regional language
Shift Type: Rotational day shifts
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekly Offs: 2 rotational week offs
Candidates staying nearby the work location are preferred
Training Duration: 45 days
Training Stipend: ₹570 per day
Salary will start after successful completion of training
Take-home Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (finalised based on interview performance)
Other allowances applicable as per company policy
