Key Responsibilities:

·         Greet and register patients courteously

·         Handle patient inquiries in person, by phone, and online

·         Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

• Make and receive calls to patients for appointment booking and confirmations

• Provide information about diagnostic tests, packages, preparation, pricing and report timelines

• Follow up with patients for scheduled tests and report collection

·         Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies

·         Generate bills, collect payments, and issue receipts

·         Coordinate with technicians, doctors, and lab staff

·         Support promotional calls for health check-up packages

·         Handle patient feedback and resolve basic complaints professionally

·         Ensure smooth front-office operations and cleanliness

Skills & Requirements:

·         Strong communication, telephone etiquettes and interpersonal skills

·         Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills

• Patient-friendly, polite, and persuasive approach

·         Customer-focused approach with empathy and patience

• Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules

·         Ability to multitask and work in a healthcare environment
