The Customer Service Representative - Retail Direct will be responsible for generating and converting leads while providing exceptional service and product knowledge to customers in the insurance broking sector. This role involves managing existing leads, briefing customers on policy options, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales team.
1. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
· Generate leads from the existing database provided by management.
· Conduct follow-ups on existing leads to gauge interest and move them through the sales funnel.
2. Lead Conversion
· Convert leads into active customers by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer needs.
· Prepare and provide detailed policy briefings to customers based on their specific requirements.
3. Target Achievement & Revenue Growth
· Strive to achieve Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets.
· Meet and exceed the base target set by the management to drive business growth.
· Work towards eligibility for incentives a minimum of six times a year based on performance metrics.
· Track personal achievements and contribute to team goals to maximize incentive opportunities.
4. Customer Acquisition and Retention
· Focus on increasing the unique customer base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
· Engage in activities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Follow up on policies with specific requirements in coordination with insurance providers
5. Collaboration with Team Leader
· Forward generated leads to the Team Leader for closure on a case-by-case basis when further assistance is needed.
· Collaborate with the team to share best practices and strategies for improving lead conversion.
6. Daily MIS and Reporting
· Prepare and share daily MIS reports and business trackers to keep management updated on performance metrics, revenue, and team activities.
