• Salary depends on interview performance
• Expected CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month
### Shift Timings (Rotational Shifts)
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
### Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
