📍 Location: Jaipur

💼 Industry: CRM / BPO / ITES

🕒 Full-Time | 5.5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts

Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems?

Do you have 6 months of BPO experience and strong English communication skills?

💼 What You’ll Do:

✨ Interact with global customers via calls, chats & emails

✨ Handle queries and resolve complaints efficiently

✨ Deliver top-notch support for e-commerce electronic supplies

✨ Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

✨ Provide accurate solutions within defined timelines

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✔ Excellent English communication skills (C1 level & above)

✔ 6 months of BPO / Customer Support experience

✔ Undergraduate / Graduate

✔ Comfortable with rotational shifts and blended processes
