We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our operations team in Mohali (Bestech Business Tower, Sector-66). This role is responsible for live monitoring of CCTV feeds, identifying unusual or suspicious activities, and ensuring timely reporting and escalation of incidents in line with company protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a disciplined approach to work, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of security and operational efficiency.
Monitor real-time CCTV footage of multiple locations with precision and vigilance.
Identify, assess, and report unusual activities or security incidents accurately and promptly.
Document observations and maintain detailed daily incident logs.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and incident resolution.
Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies.
Maintain shift handover reports and adhere to established monitoring protocols.
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
0–1 year of experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, or related fields (Freshers are welcome)
Basic proficiency in computer operations and typing
Strong observational and analytical skills
Ability to work night shifts and maintain consistent focus
Professional attitude with a sense of responsibility and urgency
