We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls professionally, provide exceptional customer support, and resolve queries related to our services. This role offers an attractive in-hand salary along with strong career growth opportunities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints politely.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
Follow up with customers when required.
Meet daily/weekly performance targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.

✅ Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills (Hindi required, Basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
