Role Overview:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Semi-Voice Process to handle customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails. The role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls, chats, and emails in a timely and professional manner

Identify and assess customer needs, clarify information, and provide suitable solutions

Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate to the Customer Support Head when required

Build strong and sustainable customer relationships through clear and open communication

Provide accurate and complete information to enhance customer satisfaction

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and share with concerned teams when necessary

Eligibility Criteria

Proven experience in a customer support or semi-voice role preferred

Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills

Customer-focused attitude with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

Languages Mandatory: Fluent in English & Hindi

Shift for Girls - Day Shift & Shift for Boys - Rotational

Salary up to ₹17,000 to ₹27,000 in hand for experienced candidates

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational off
