Job Description – Customer Support Executive (Voice & Email Process)

Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Experience: Freshers / 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 Take Home + CTC
Language: Excellent English is mandatory

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries through voice and email channels, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and service requests through voice and email.

• Provide accurate and professional responses to customer concerns.

• Assist customers with account, product, or service-related queries.

• Use CRM and support tools to record and manage customer interactions.

• Follow up on pending and unresolved customer issues.

• Handle escalation calls and ensure appropriate resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Maintain customer confidentiality and data integrity.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

• Provide feedback to management for improving customer service processes.

  
  Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Typing speed of 30–40 WPM with accuracy.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.

• Previous experience in a voice/email customer support process is preferred.

Shift Timings

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
