Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer support
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Qualities:
Positive attitude and patience while dealing with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset.
Timing: 10 am -6:30 pm
Salary: 14k-18k
