Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Communicate with existing customers and maintain strong relationships.
Follow up with customers for repeat orders and pending requirements.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
Take and coordinate medicine orders with the sales/operations team.
Maintain customer records, call reports, and follow-up data.
Identify customer requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.
Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly customer call and retention reports.
Requirements good communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over phone.
Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
Experience in customer care, telesales, retention, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
Positive attitude, patience, and strong follow-up skills.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month, depending on experience.
