It's an entry-level job for a newcomer in our travel-related industry. We are a tour operator and travel agency located in Lenin Sarani, Kolkata – 700013, near Esplanade, as well as in Salt Lake Sector, near the Sector 5 metro station. Our office hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and national holidays are off days, provided there is no travel-related work pending or any tour movement.
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team at Sky-Sketch (India) to perform a range of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organisation's/business's premises. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling front-desk tasks, including managing mail and forwarding phone calls.
We are looking for freshers only with a basic geographical knowledge of India and Southeast Asian countries, and with an ability to communicate in English through WhatsApp and Email, and the rest we will be trained during the probationary period of 6 months.
