Role: Customer Success Executive
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about helping users and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound customer queries via chat, email, and calls.
✅ Provide product guidance, technical support, and customer education.

Requirements
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
✔ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
✔ Ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
✔ Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
✔ Eagerness to learn about financial products and technology.
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Undergraduate/Postgraduate: BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/PGDM
📊 Minimum 50% throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
✅ No active backlogs.
✅ No education gaps.
🗣 Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
➕ Knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
