Jaipuri Stitch is looking for a customer-oriented and well-organised professional to manage daily customer support and e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing returns and exchanges, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock records, and performing basic operations on Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat.
Manage return, exchange, refund, and replacement requests.
Track orders and coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve delivery delays, shipment issues, and customer complaints.
Monitor stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records.
Use Shopify to check orders, update order details, and manage basic e-commerce operations.
Maintain records of customer queries, returns, exchanges, and pending issues.
Follow up on unresolved customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce operations.
Basic computer knowledge, including email, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and manage daily operations efficiently.
Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations will be preferred.
